ARTICLE I : ORGANIZATION 

RENAULT TRUCKS SAS with a capital of €50,000,000, entered in the Commercial and Companies Register of Lyon under number 954 506 077, with its head office at 99, route de Lyon, 69800 Saint-Priest, represented by Jillian BOYER, Social Media Manager, is organising the design contest for the new Renault Trucks E-Tech T. 

defined hereinafter as the “Organizer 

This document defines the rules applicable to this contest hereinafter “the Draw”. 

ARTICLE II: PARTICIPATION  

The Draw will be held to select the winners from among the voters in The Good Truck operation. 

To take part in the Draw, participants must vote by filling in a form on the landing pages dedicated to the project. The main page is: The Good Truck (renault-trucks.com) 

Participants must provide their e-mail address, name and country after having accepted the terms and conditions with a link to this regulation, ticking a specific box on the landing page’s form. 

Any participation not complying with the terms above shall not be considered and shall cause the nullity of the participation.  

This landing page will be shared by Renault Trucks, its network, SCS Software, Influencers, journalists mainly through their social network respectively. 

The attendance to this contest is free of charge and implies the full, entire and unreserved participants’ agreement to these rules. 

Any participant who would not respect these rules, the legislation in force will not be allowed to attend this contest and its attendance will be cancelled. 

The Organizer may exclude anyone who has cheated, defrauded, rigged, or disturbed the operations described in these rules or has attempted to do so. 

ARTICLE III: DECLARATION OF WINNERS 

The Draw among all the e-mail addresses posted will determine the 11 winners of the 11 prizes. 

Renault Trucks will then contact these people by e-mail to obtain their postal addresses and send them the prizes. The results will be announced within 2 months of the draw. 

ARTICLE IV: PRIZES 

     • One Thrustmaster T248 package (with a steering wheel and pedals) 

     • 5 E-Tech kit 

     • 5 gym bags from Euro Truck Simulator 2 

The Organizer shall not be liable for any difficulties, prejudice, which could occur during the shipment and especially administrative matters, customs or medical matters. 

The prize is offered as-is and no equivalent could be requested. 

The winner will handle on her/his own all administrative procedure to benefit of the prize. 

If, for any reason independent from the organizer’s will, the prize could not be awarded in the timeframe proposed, it would be definitely lost for the winner and could be granted to the next participant chosen on the list coming out from the Draw.

ARTICLE VI : PERSONAL DATA  

The personal data collected concerning the participants are mandatory and necessary for the processing of contest participation. The processing of personal data is intended for contest participation and will be used by the Organizer (as Data Controller). 

The personal data collected in the context of this contest is subject to computer processing. In accordance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, Each participant have the right to access and modify  information related to her/him.  
The participant can exercise this right by contacting: contact_donnees_personnelles@renault-trucks.com or sending its request to: AB Volvo, Att: Group Privacy Office, Dept AA14100, VGHQ , SE-405 08 Göteborg, Sweden – and/or gpo.office@volvo.com. 

In any case, the participants may contact the legal authority responsible for personal data in each of their country. 

ARTICLE VII : CLAIMS/RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ORGANIZER 

Any dispute or claim relating to this contest will be considered only if it is sent by registered letter with recorded delivery to the following address: Renault Trucks SAS, For the attention of Jillian BOYER, TER A50 2 53, 99, route de Lyon, 69 802 Saint-Priest Cedex. This letter must provide full contact details for the Participant and the exact reason for the dispute. 

No other means of dispute or claim will be accepted. 

Decisions will be made at the discretion of the organizer, and in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, regarding answers given to any question relating to the application or interpretation of the rules raised by any of the Participants. 

Renault Trucks shall not incur any liability if, for reasons of force majeure or other events beyond its control, this contest is cancelled, shortened, extended, postponed or if conditions are changed.  

The organizer shall not be liable for any Internet disturbances or for the failed sending of email or for any other technical reasons disturbing the contest. 

ARTICLE VIII : APPLICABLE LAW 

This contest and its regulation are ruled by French Law and any claim shall be raised before French Court.
